Celebrating 45 years of excellence.
Celebrating 45 years of excellence.
Assalamualaikum! Join us as we celebrate the 46th anniversary of the exhilarating Quaid-E-Azam Academic and Community Service Awards Program. This event honors the visionary founder of Pakistan and celebrates the achievements of Canadian high school students of Pakistani descent, recognizing their academic and community service efforts.
This tradition was initiated by the late Syed Mahmoud Hasan Bukhari, a visionary engineer and community leader who saw a need for programs that uplift Pakistani-Canadian youth. With the support of our community, he launched this annual event, which has inspired over 3,000 young individuals to excel in various fields, enriching our community.
Our event features a lineup of distinguished guests, including the Toronto Star editor Haroon Siddiqi, the remarkable MP Iqra Khalid, the trailblazing MPP Dr. Shafiq Qaadri (a previous award recipient himself), and the esteemed MPP Bob Deleany and other notable figures. Attendees can expect electrifying speeches and an interactive knowledge contest. The highlight of the afternoon will be the presentation of the Academic and Community Service Awards, celebrating the remarkable accomplishments of our youth.
This event is not just a celebration but a testament to the strong spirit of our community, led by Dr. Nighat Hasan-Bukhari and the Awards Committee. We thank our sponsors for making this event possible. We also invite our passionate students to volunteer, helping them earn community hours and experience the magic of this event firsthand.
Prepare for a memorable day that promises to ignite dreams and celebrate achievements. Join us in this incredible journey and be part of history.
