Quaid-E-Azam Academic Award.
All Ontario high school students of Pakistani background with an average of 80% or higher in their courses are eligible to apply for this award. Special awards will be presented to the top 3 students in each grade. To be considered for a Quaid-E-Azam Academic Award, review the requirements below.
All contestants are rewarded with a trophy! The top 3 winners are also given a cash prize.
Requirements
Copy of complete report card listing all courses taken and marks obtained from the entire academic year (i.e. Sept 2025-June 2026, both semesters)
The name is stated clearly on every page of the report card
For students who have just completed their final year of high school, the entire academic transcript, including all high school credits, must be provided
Hasan-Bukhari & Muinuddin Community Service Award.
The Community Service Award recognizes high school students in Grades 9 through 12 who have made meaningful, sustained contributions to their community beyond the classroom. Recipients demonstrate a commitment to volunteerism, leadership, and giving back to the broader Ontario community, embodying the values of social responsibility that have defined QAwards since 1978.
2026 QAwards will also be presenting a Women's Empowerment Award, celebrating a student who has shown exceptional dedication to advancing opportunities, equity, and leadership for young women in her community.
All contestants are rewarded with a certificate! The top 2 winners are awarded trophies.
Requirements
Please include your resume in your application with the following headings:
Volunteer Activities (e.g. hospital, food bank)
Extra-curricular Activities (e.g. sports, hobbies and clubs)
Under each activity,
Describe nature of the activity and your part in it
Include a contact person-verifier with a title and phone number
